Return Policy
If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:
- You can request a return up to 14 days from the date of recieving the product.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- We need the tracking number to process the return.
- Products must be in unused condition.
You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping fees within 3 business days from the moment of our approval of your claim. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase.

We process your purchases in the first 2 hours during working hours (10:00–20:00 GMT+2), but it may take up to 3 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries its best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.
