Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website. Products are usually shipped out in 24–72 Hours. Our products take 10–20 business days for delivery. Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the USPS, UPS, FedEx, DPD or DHL.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement or refund.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery in real-time.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:

  • You can request a return up to 14 days from the date of recieving the product.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • We need the tracking number to process the return.
  • Products must be in unused condition.

You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping fees within 3 business days from the moment of our approval of your claim. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Orders

Orders can be modified or canceled within a limited time after purchase. Contact support immediately.

If caught early, we can update it. Otherwise, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
